Instructions
- Prepare the rice by using leftover rice for the best texture.
- Chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the sauce ingredients together, keeping it light.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat and add the oil.
- Add the rice and sauce to the heated oil, along with harder vegetables.
- Stir-fry the mixture, flipping constantly until the rice starts to crisp, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add softer vegetables and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
- If using, push the rice to the side and scramble the eggs in the center.
- Combine everything and stir in any additional toppings before serving.
