Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and sauté the onion, carrots, cabbage, and salt until tender, about 8 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger, stirring for 1 more minute.
- Create a well in the center of the pan and scramble the eggs until cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the chilled rice and tamari, stirring until the rice is heated through.
- Finish by adding sesame oil, green onions, and black pepper to taste, then serve warm.
