Easy Vegan Fried Rice

Instructions
- Sauté the onion and garlic in sesame oil or broth over medium heat until slightly brown.
- Add the carrots, peas, and red pepper, and sauté until they start to brown.
- If using vegan egg, push the veggies to the side and scramble the egg on the other side of the pan.
- Stir in the cooked rice, Tamari or soy sauce, and vinegar, mixing everything together.
- Increase the heat and cook while stirring until the rice is browning and crispy at the edges.
- Garnish with green onion and black pepper, then serve.
