Instructions
- Cook the bacon pieces in a pan over medium-high heat until crispy, then remove and place on a paper towel to cool.
- In the same pan, add the chopped cabbage, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the sliced apple, sausage, and apple cider vinegar to the pan. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle the cooked bacon on top before serving.
