Instructions
- Grill the sausage or slice it to cook in a skillet.
- Cut the cabbage into quarters and remove the core, then slice into thin strips.
- Chop the bacon and cook in a frying pan until crispy.
- Add the onion and garlic to the bacon and sauté until softened.
- Add the sliced cabbage and sauté until wilted, adding it in batches if necessary.
- Slice the grilled sausage and add it to the pan to warm through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
