Instructions
- 1. Slice or chop the cabbage and set aside.
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the bacon until browned, then set aside.
- 3. Add the sausage to the skillet and brown for about 2 minutes.
- 4. Add butter, onions, garlic, paprika, and Creole seasoning to the pan, stirring frequently.
- 5. Add the tomatoes and green bell pepper, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- 6. Add the cabbage, Worcestershire sauce, and white pepper, then cover and simmer for 10-14 minutes.
- 7. Taste and adjust seasoning with Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper flakes as needed.
- 8. Serve hot.
