Sausage and Cabbage Skillet

The sauce

Instructions
- Boil enough water to submerge the sausages in a medium pot for 15 minutes.
- While the sausages are boiling, prepare the bacon, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and cabbage.
- Cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy, about 7-8 minutes, then set aside.
- Remove the sausages from the water, pat them dry, and brown them in the same pan for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the pan, cooking until softened, about 4-5 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the mustard, apple cider vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
- Return the sausages and bacon to the pan, mix everything, and serve.
