Instructions
- Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing olive oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl or jar.
- Slice the kielbasa and sauté in a large skillet with olive oil until browned.
- Dice the onion and add it to the skillet, cooking until soft.
- Chop the cabbage and add it to the skillet with salt and pepper, sautéing until tender, adding water to create steam if necessary.
- Drizzle half of the mustard vinaigrette over the skillet, stir to coat, and serve warm.
