Mustardy Grilled Cabbage and Kielbasa

Instructions
- Prepare the grill for medium-high heat and oil the grate.
- In a bowl, combine the potatoes with salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and olive oil, then toss and transfer to a foil packet.
- Cook the potatoes on the grill for 25-28 minutes until tender.
- Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, and olive oil in a bowl, then rub the mixture over the cabbage wedges.
- Grill the cabbage until tender and charred, about 7-9 minutes, then transfer to a platter.
- Grill the kielbasa until charred, about 10 minutes, and add to the platter.
- Whisk together apple cider vinegar, remaining mustard, and olive oil for the dressing.
- Arrange the potatoes on top of the kielbasa and cabbage, drizzle with dressing, and sprinkle with dill and pepper.
