Avocado Caprese Salad

The dressing

extra virgin olive oil

balsamic vinegar

sugar or dollop of honey

Instructions
- Assemble the arugula, tomato, avocado slices, and mozzarella in a serving bowl.
- Top with torn or slivered basil leaves.
- Whisk the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar or honey, and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, toss to coat, and serve.
