Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Cut cauliflower into small florets and blend until it resembles rice.
- Microwave the cauliflower rice in a covered dish for 8 minutes.
- Let the cauliflower cool, then squeeze out excess liquid using cheesecloth.
- Mix the cauliflower with grated parmesan, dried herbs, salt, pepper, and the beaten egg until a dough forms.
- Brush a baking sheet with olive oil and spread the cauliflower dough into a pizza shape.
- Bake for 15 minutes and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
