Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dry oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Cut cauliflower into small florets and blend until it resembles rice.
  3. Microwave the cauliflower rice in a covered dish for 8 minutes.
  4. Let the cauliflower cool, then squeeze out excess liquid using cheesecloth.
  5. Mix the cauliflower with grated parmesan, dried herbs, salt, pepper, and the beaten egg until a dough forms.
  6. Brush a baking sheet with olive oil and spread the cauliflower dough into a pizza shape.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
