Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- If using fresh cauliflower, pulse florets in a food processor until rice-like.
- Spread the cauliflower rice on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Let the cooked cauliflower cool for 10 minutes.
- Squeeze excess moisture from the cauliflower using a clean dish towel.
- In a bowl, mix the squeezed cauliflower with the egg, cheese, oregano, and salt.
- Press the mixture onto the baking sheet to form a round crust about 10-12 inches wide.
- Bake the crust for 30 minutes or until golden.
- Add toppings and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
