Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 420°F.
- Heat the avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the cauliflower and onion for 5 minutes.
- Add water, cover, and cook for an additional 7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
- Transfer the cooled mixture to a food processor and pulse until grated.
- Place the grated mixture in a clean kitchen towel and wring out the moisture.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower mixture with the egg, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture onto a prepared pizza pan and press it down gently.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then remove and wipe away excess grease.
- Flip the crust over and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
