Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Microwave the grated cauliflower covered for 4 minutes, then let it cool.
- Press the cauliflower in a fine mesh strainer to remove excess liquid, using paper towels if necessary.
- Fluff the cauliflower in a bowl and mix in basil, oregano, garlic powder, Parmesan, mozzarella, and salt to taste.
- Add the beaten egg and mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form a pizza shape about ¼ inch thick.
- Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, add desired toppings, and return to bake until cheese is melted.
- Let rest for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
