Sourdough Crackers

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the sourdough starter, melted coconut oil, white whole wheat flour, and sea salt.
- Knead in the pesto until it is well-distributed.
- Roll the dough to a thickness of about ¼ inch on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Cut the rolled dough into desired shapes using a pizza cutter.
- Sprinkle the crackers with kosher salt.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until they begin to turn brown.
- Turn off the oven, slightly open the door, and leave the crackers inside for another 10 minutes to become crispy.
- Cool the crackers on a rack and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
