Spicy Cajun Philly Cheesesteak Wraps

sliced deli roast beef, rare, thinly chopped

The wraps

cheddar wraps or tortillas
Instructions
- Cook the chopped bacon in a pan until crispy, then leave it in the pan with the fat.
- Add green onion and cook for 5-7 minutes, then add white onion and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add jalapeño, shallot, and spices, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Push the veggie mixture to one side of the pan and add the roast beef to the other side, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix the beef with the veggies and add the cheese, stirring until melted.
- Spoon half of the filling onto each wrap and roll them up.
- Serve hot.
