Ingredients

The wraps

  • 4 pieces Almost Zero Carb Wraps

The filling

  • 8 oz thinly sliced leftover steak or deli roast beef
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 4 oz sliced button mushrooms
  • ½ small onion, sliced into ¼-inch rounds
  • 2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Slice the bell pepper and onion, and set aside.
  3. 3. Sauté the onions for 1-2 minutes until they begin to soften.
  4. 4. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes on one side, then stir.
  5. 5. Add the bell peppers, mixing thoroughly, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. 6. Turn off the heat and add the steak and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to heat through.
  7. 7. Remove the mixture from the pan.
  8. 8. Heat 2 wraps in the pan, add ¼ of the cheese steak mixture to each wrap, and top with a slice of cheese.
  9. 9. Cover with a lid or foil for 1 minute; if the cheese hasn't melted, add a tablespoon of water and steam for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  10. 10. Fold the wraps and serve, then repeat with the remaining wraps and ingredients.
