Philly Cheese Steak Wraps

green bell pepper, cut into strips

sliced button mushrooms

onion, sliced into ¼-inch rounds

butter or olive oil

Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- 1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 2. Slice the bell pepper and onion, and set aside.
- 3. Sauté the onions for 1-2 minutes until they begin to soften.
- 4. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes on one side, then stir.
- 5. Add the bell peppers, mixing thoroughly, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- 6. Turn off the heat and add the steak and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to heat through.
- 7. Remove the mixture from the pan.
- 8. Heat 2 wraps in the pan, add ¼ of the cheese steak mixture to each wrap, and top with a slice of cheese.
- 9. Cover with a lid or foil for 1 minute; if the cheese hasn't melted, add a tablespoon of water and steam for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- 10. Fold the wraps and serve, then repeat with the remaining wraps and ingredients.
