Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich

Instructions
- 1. Coat a skillet with cooking spray and heat it over medium-high heat. Cook the mushrooms until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- 2. Cut the sandwich loaf in half lengthwise and toast it lightly.
- 3. Slice the leftover steak very thinly.
- 4. Spread mustard on the bottom half of the toasted bread.
- 5. Layer the steak on the bread, then top with mushrooms, goat cheese, and blue cheese.
- 6. Place the sandwich in the oven on broil for about 5 minutes to soften the cheese and heat the meat.
- 7. Remove from the oven and place the top slice of bread on the sandwich.
