Philly Cheesesteak Dip

plain Greek yogurt

Cooper sharp white American cheese, diced small

crostini, bread, chips, or veggies to dip
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large sauté pan, melt butter over medium-high heat.
- Add diced onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add shaved ribeye and minced garlic, cooking for another 4-5 minutes until the ribeye is cooked.
- Season with salt and pepper, then turn off the heat.
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese and yogurt.
- Add the steak mixture to the bowl and combine well.
- Stir in half of the cheese until combined.
- Pour the mixture into an 8x8 baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbling.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
