Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large sauté pan, seasoning with salt and pepper, for 8-10 minutes.
- Add the bell peppers and onions, seasoning with Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, and garlic powder; sauté until soft, about 10-15 minutes.
- Stir in the cream cheese and broth until smooth and melted.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with provolone slices.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
