Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef with a pinch of salt over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
- Drain the fat, then add the bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until softened.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cream cheese, heavy cream, and salt until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 baking dish and top with provolone cheese slices.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
