Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, cook the ground beef, bell peppers, onion, and garlic over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, breaking the beef into pieces.
- Reduce heat to low, add seasonings, cauliflower rice, and cream cheese, stirring until the cream cheese melts.
- Top with provolone cheese slices and bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, let sit for 5-10 minutes, and garnish with parsley if desired before serving.
