Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

The sauce and topping

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat and add the shaved steak, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Once the steak is mostly browned, add the sliced peppers, onions, and minced garlic, cooking for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
- Stir in the cream cheese until well combined with the meat and vegetables.
- Top the mixture with slices of provolone cheese.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
