Instructions
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a bowl.
- Mash the yolks until fine, then mix in Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top and serve immediately.
