Greek Yogurt Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

The filling

  • 8 pieces hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • ½ cup plain organic Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon coconut aminos or worcestershire
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder or minced garlic
  • to taste sea salt and pepper

Optional toppings

  • to taste smokey paprika
  • to taste chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  2. Place the yolks in a food processor and add the yogurt, mustard, coconut aminos, garlic powder, and a little salt and pepper.
  3. Process the mixture until smooth.
  4. Transfer the yolk filling into a piping bag or spoon it into the egg whites.
  5. Fill each egg white half with the yolk filling.
  6. Dust the eggs with smokey paprika and top with parsley.
