Instructions
- Boil the eggs in a large saucepan covered with an inch of water for about 30 seconds, then turn off the heat and let them sit covered for 12 minutes.
- Prepare an ice bath while the eggs sit, then transfer the eggs to the ice bath for about 10 minutes to cool.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise, removing the yolks into a bowl.
- Mix the yolks with Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, relish, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pipe or spoon the filling back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with smoked paprika and chives before serving.
