Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add farro and cook, stirring until fragrant for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add water and salt, then bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until farro is tender, approximately 15-18 minutes.
- Drain farro through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Serve warm or spread farro on a baking sheet to cool to room temperature.
