Instructions
- Cut the broccoli into large 4-inch florets and trim the long sides to create flat edges.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt, tossing to coat.
- Grill the broccoli for 5 to 8 minutes on one side until char marks form.
- Flip the broccoli, tent with foil, and grill for an additional 3 to 6 minutes until tender and well charred.
- Remove from the grill, squeeze with lemon juice, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, and season to taste before serving.
