Ingredients

The broccoli

  • 4 cups broccoli florets

The marinade

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

For serving

  • shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine broccoli, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl and toss well.
  2. Place a large piece of aluminum foil on the grill over indirect medium heat and add the broccoli on top.
  3. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning every couple of minutes until the broccoli is tender and lightly charred.
  4. Serve warm with red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese.
