Grilled Broccoli

Ingredients

The broccoli

  • 1 lb Broccoli (cut into large florets)

The marinade

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder (optional)
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add the broccoli to the bowl and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill for at least 10 minutes, reducing heat to medium before cooking.
  4. To grill directly on the grill, place the broccoli on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until tender.
  5. To grill in foil, place the broccoli on aluminum foil, seal it to form a packet, and grill for 10-20 minutes, turning halfway through until tender.
