Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and red pepper flakes, tossing to coat.
- Prepare a grill basket or aluminum foil with nonstick spray.
- Place the broccoli in a single layer in the grill basket or on the foil.
- Grill the broccoli for 10 to 13 minutes, tossing occasionally, until lightly charred and crisp-tender.
- Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and additional salt if desired.
