Ingredients

The broccoli

  • 24 oz. chopped broccoli florets

The seasoning

  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to 400ºF and prepare a piece of tin foil or a grilling basket.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the foil or in the basket.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  4. Transfer the broccoli to the grill, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Grill for 5 minutes, then toss and grill for another 5 minutes or until charred.
  6. Remove from the grill and serve.
