Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 400ºF and prepare a piece of tin foil or a grilling basket.
- Drizzle olive oil over the foil or in the basket.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Transfer the broccoli to the grill, spreading it out evenly.
- Grill for 5 minutes, then toss and grill for another 5 minutes or until charred.
- Remove from the grill and serve.
