Chocolate Gummies
Ingredients

cashew milk

grass-fed gelatin

Swerve Confectioners or other sweetener

unsweetened cocoa powder

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
- Sprinkle gelatin over ½ cup of cashew milk and set aside.
- Heat the remaining cashew milk in a saucepan until warm.
- Whisk in the sweetener and cook until dissolved.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the gelatin mixture until dissolved.
- Transfer to a blender and add cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
- Carefully pour the mixture into gummy molds.
- Place the molds in the freezer for 15 to 30 minutes until set.
