Saucy Greek Baked Shrimp

The sauce

crushed tomatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Rinse and pat the shrimp dry, then season with red pepper flakes and kosher salt.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the spices and cook for about 30 seconds, then add the crushed tomatoes and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, place the shrimp into the sauce, and crumble feta cheese over the top.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through.
- Sprinkle with dill and serve with crusty bread.
