Instructions
- Layer lettuce, tomato, carrots, cucumbers, avocado, and sprouts on one slice of bread.
- Spread the hummus on the other slice of bread.
- Combine the two slices to form a sandwich.
- Slice the sandwich in half if desired and serve.
