Ingredients

  • 2 slices light wheat bread
  • 2 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 2 slices medium tomato
  • 1 oz thinly sliced carrots
  • 1 oz thinly sliced cucumbers
  • ¼ of a ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup clover or radish sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon Sabra Spreads Garlic Herb spread

Instructions

  1. Layer lettuce, tomato, carrots, cucumbers, avocado, and sprouts on one slice of bread.
  2. Spread the hummus on the other slice of bread.
  3. Combine the two slices to form a sandwich.
  4. Slice the sandwich in half if desired and serve.
