Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Dutch Crunch bread or bread of your choice
  • ½ cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Spinach leaves or lettuce
  • ½ cup Cucumber slices
  • ½ cup Tomato slices
  • ½ medium Avocado slices
  • ¼ medium Red onion slices
  • ¼ cup Roasted red pepper strips
  • ¼ cup Sprouts
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus on one piece of bread.
  2. Layer spinach or lettuce, cucumber, tomato, avocado, red onion, roasted red peppers, and sprouts on top.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Place the other slice of bread on top.
  5. Cut the sandwich in half if desired and enjoy.
