Peanut Butter Banana Bundt Cake

The Peanut Butter Glaze

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and butter a Bundt pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- In a stand mixer, beat butter until creamy, then add sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in mashed bananas, then alternate adding the dry ingredients and sour cream.
- Stir in chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
- Pour half the batter into the pan, swirl in half of the peanut butter, then add the remaining batter and swirl in the rest of the peanut butter.
- Bake for 65 to 75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a rack.
- For the glaze, whisk together peanut butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over the cooled cake and serve.
