Instructions
- Prepare the pie crust according to the recipe until step 5.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- Roll out the chilled pie dough and place it into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Combine the pear chunks, cranberries, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, ginger, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
- Mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour for the crumble topping, then add melted butter and mix until crumbles form.
- Spoon the filling into the crust and sprinkle the crumble topping over it.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes, using a pie crust shield if necessary to prevent over-browning.
- Cool the pie completely on a wire rack before serving.
