Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the pears with lemon juice, then add the remaining filling ingredients and adjust sweetness to taste.
- Prepare the crumble topping by mixing the topping ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Fill baking dishes with the pear and berry mixture, leaving about ¾ inch at the top for the crumble.
- Spread a generous layer of the topping over the filling, about ½ inch thick, and lightly pat down.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly.
- Let sit for 15 minutes before serving, optionally with whipped cream or ice cream.
