Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix all filling ingredients and spread them into the baking pan.
- For the topping, whisk together flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
- Cut in the cold butter until the mixture is crumbly, then stir in the oats.
- Sprinkle the topping over the filling in the baking pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the fruit juices are bubbling.
- Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
