Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Slice the apples into thin pieces and toss them with cinnamon, melted butter, and honey.
- Evenly divide the apple mixture into 8 half-pint jars or one pie plate.
- In the same bowl, combine the crumble topping ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the crumble topping over the apples in the jars.
- Cover the jars with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil, increase the oven to broil, and cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream if desired.
