Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Combine all filling ingredients in a large bowl and spread into the baking pan.
- For the topping, whisk together flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon, then cut in the butter until crumbly. Stir in the oats and sprinkle over the filling.
- Bake for 45 minutes until the topping is golden brown and juices are bubbling.
- Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving, either warm or at room temperature.
