Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced pears, sliced apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, raw honey, salt, and lemon juice, and toss gently.
- Pour the fruit mixture into a 13x9 inch baking dish or an 11 inch skillet.
- In a medium bowl, mix regular oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crisp topping over the fruit mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is browned.
- Remove from the oven and serve, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
