Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In an 8x8-inch baking dish, toss together the diced pears, apples, both sugars, flour, minced ginger, vanilla extract, and salt until coated.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, oat flakes, and walnuts.
- In a small saucepan, brown the cubed butter over medium-high heat until it turns dark brown.
- Pour the browned butter into the bowl with the flour and oats, mixing until clumpy.
- Spread the crumble topping over the apple and pear filling.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
