Instructions
- Blend lemon juice, tahini, and salt in a food processor until it resembles peanut butter.
- Stream in ice water while blending until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add chickpeas and blend until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or lemon if desired.
- For crispy chickpeas, heat olive oil in a skillet, add chickpeas, and cook until golden, then season with spices.
