Creamy Cilantro Garlic Sauce
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Combine shrimp and garlic lime mixture in a large bowl and toss to coat.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp and sauce.
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
- Stir in cilantro and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
