Ingredients

The shrimp and sauce

  • 2 lbs peeled and deveined raw shrimp
  • 5-6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • cup cilantro

The wraps

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • optional flour tortillas
  • optional Creamy Cilantro Garlic Sauce

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Combine shrimp and garlic lime mixture in a large bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp and sauce.
  4. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink.
  5. Stir in cilantro and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve shrimp in romaine lettuce wraps or flour tortillas, topped with green onions and sauce.
