Instructions
- Blend the macadamia nuts and water in a high-speed blender until very smooth and creamy.
- Strain the blended mixture through a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or fine mesh strainer into a large bowl.
- Squeeze the strainer to extract as much liquid as possible and discard or save the pulp for another use.
- Pour the strained milk into an airtight container and store it in the fridge until ready to use.
