Instructions
- Combine shredded coconut, water, and any desired add-ins in a high-powered blender.
- Blend for about 1-2 minutes until creamy.
- Taste and adjust consistency or sweetness as desired by adding more water or sweetener, then blend again.
- Pour the mixture into a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer to separate the milk from the pulp.
- Squeeze out the remaining milk and store the coconut milk in a glass jar with an airtight lid in the fridge.
- Use the coconut milk as needed and shake or blend again if it separates.
