Garlic Roasted Potatoes

The seasoning

thyme, stems removed

vegan butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Chop all ingredients, ensuring garlic is in large pieces.
- In a bowl, toss potato pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle thyme on top.
- Pour melted butter over the potatoes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring midway, until golden brown.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
