Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425℉/218℃.
- Scrub, rinse, and pat potatoes dry, then cut into large chunks and place in a large bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add garlic and rosemary, tossing to combine thoroughly.
- Line a baking sheet with a baking mat or parchment paper and spread the potatoes in a single layer.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until evenly browned and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
